I had the Macchiato and it was splendid. It tasted so rich and creamy.
One of my favorite coffee spots in all of Seattle. Monorail has a long history in downtown and should be on everyone's list of hidden gems. Get a chubby with your latte and live life to it's fullest.
The staff is very friendly. And also the carrot/walnut cake is really delicious. It's one of the best places in the city.
I love this place! One of the best espresso in town. Especially on Sundays when Costa is there🤗
Probably one of the best lattes I’ve ever had in my life. I was visiting from out of town and sought this place out twice because I enjoyed it so much.
Best Coffee in Seattle goes to Monorail Espresso. If you want no frills coffee cart, Monorail Espresso delivers. If you have time get a doughnut at Top Pot Doughnuts. The two are like a match made in heaven
Delicious coffee, friendly service, and amazing cookies. I think I may be addicted after just one!
Walked by it a couple times so we decided to try it. Great lil coffee shop with the basics. I heard it’s popular and when a cruise ship arrives, it could get really busy. They accept credit cards.
Great coffee, priced well and the guy behind the counter was super friendly. Went back twice during my vacation.
Excellent espresso, had a cortado and it was delish.
Probably the smallest and undoubtedly the best coffee shop in Seattle. A local friend took me there five years ago for a perfect cup. And by pure chance I rediscovered it again when I revisited Seattle downtown this week. Oh, and they have cookies. And damn good coffee!
Delicious coffee & extremely quick which is a godsend when I’m booking it to work early in the morning
First, this is a cash only business, so come prepared. This places is staffed only by one lovely human in Sundays who has great suggestions for coffee. There is very little seating so don’t plan to have a sit down coffee. This is ideal if you are exploring downtown Seattle and need a coffee to go. There is also very little food for sale, the focus is coffee, so don’t come expecting to be able to buy a breakfast sandwich. The coffee is tasty and there are a lot of milk options for lattes. This is a great, iconic place in Seattle and is worth the stop by.
A hidden gem. Almost literally a hole in the wall. Fabulous coffee and fresh pastries aromas lure you in. There's a lot of great craft coffee in Seattle, and Monorail is my favorite espresso.
Love love love this hole in the wall spot! I personally got the white mocha and it was delicious. Worth a stopping by for a quick coffee!
NOT a cash-only business as another reviewer suggested. They do take credit card with Square, just with a 4.2% fee. Even including that it's still well priced and their coffee is almost comparable to Vivace (the gold standard). Their shots are made ristretto (short shot, naturally sweet with less acidity, the Northern Italian style, like Vivace). Very nice people work here, and it sounds like the owner treats them extremely well, which I appreciate. Highly recommended if you are in downtown.
Good coffee and great staff. My Americano is smooth but dense. Only outdoor seats are available so it could be chilly to sip coffee in rainy days. However its close to Westlake center where there are some benches and dining area.
The best coffee in Seattle! (Trust me - I have been around & a perfect cup like this is impossible to find!)Thank you!
It’s more like a street take-away coffee store, but you won’t willing to miss it even in the winter cause it tastes sooo good. Coco goes from the beginning to the end of coffee in Mocha and milk is very creamy.
Hole in the wall place that serves awesome coffee... for Australians in Seattle, this it s rge closest thing we have that will remind you of ordering coffee at home: fast, no nonsense, and string coffee that will kick start your day!! Just awesome
One of the best cortado in town. We love it very much and bought the coffee beans to go
I love the cortado with the hemp milk. I wonder who provides their coffee, but it is incredibly tasty. Don't be fooled by the hole in the wall first impression. The service and the product are exceptional and those who know, always line up outside. You may notice they always have a line about five deep, but its always just a short wait for a delicious cup of divine coffee.
